You do not have to answer all the questions in the application form but we do need to know the URL of your site so we can direct visitors to your site. This URL must be the same one on which you place our link. Any information you do supply will be treated in the strictest confidence. See our privacy statement.

The position given to links in our exchange program may be due to any of the following:

1. Where your link is included in a list of sites the placement could reflect the number of unique visitors we receive from the links on your sites
2. When a text link, banner or button is featured on our sites, the placement may depend on:
   1. the suitability of your link for the chosen place on our sites
   2. the compatibility of your site to other material on the page where the link is placed.
      (These two conditions are intended to achieve better results for your link)

We reserve the right to reject any submission that we consider to be inappropriate for our web sites. The following guidelines explain some of the reasons why a submission might be rejected.

1. We do not accept material that we consider to be offensive to any member or section of the Australian or International community.
2. We do not accept material that advertises or promotes any illegal substance or activity or which advertises or promotes a web site that engages in trafficking, advertising or promoting any illegal substance or activity.
3. We do not accept material that we find to be plagiarised.
4. We do not accept any material that promotes or advertises spam or that advertises a site that promotes spam

If any material that we accept is later found to contravene any of the four conditions above, that material will be removed from our site.
